Below are described the highlights of our latest Zoined service release:
1) Extensive budgeting support
Based on feedback from several customers we have extended the functionality in Zoined service to support much wider set of metrics, dimensions and time intervals in setting and analysing budgets. Creating and editing budgets is available for admin users in the portal at Company settings / Planning. Budget comparisons are available in email reports as well as in analysis and data reports in the portal:
Examples of new metrics that can be used for daily or monthly level budgets:
- Sales and sales margin including or excluding VAT and sales margin -%
- Inventory value and inventory turnover
- Sales per working hour
- Number of store visitors and visitor conversion rate %
2) Admin functionalities update
Admin users now have better search capabilities for users, emails and analytics post subscriptions. Also, the performance and usability of the admin functionalities have been improved.
3) Advanced multi-currency support
Our customers are now free to define reporting currencies and exchange rates to be used when using Zoined service. Currency selection on the fly is available for individual end users on top right corner of the portal.
4) New metrics available
- Average Inventory value with or without VAT (shows average inventory value during the chosen time period instead of the last value of the chosen time period)
- Sales (VAT) per store area and per department area (shows what is the sales per square meter or per other area unit)
